Our web hosting system has two automated events which cannot be overridden or circumvented: suspension and termination.

Suspension

Suspension occurs approximately three days after your annual due date. When this action has been activated your web site may be replaced with a “this site has been suspended” message.

To remove this message and avoid termination please remit payment as soon as possible. As a convenience we have the ability to “un-suspend” a site for twenty-four hour periods only. The following day the system will suspend the site again. There is a $10 fee for each un-suspension action.

Termination

At the end of the “grace” period the system will irrevocably remove all traces of your site: associated e-mails, user accounts, accompanying databases, file storage, and backups. Once the termination process completes, it will appear as if the site never existed on our servers.

The only backups will be those you have manually made and downloaded to your computer. Alternately, if you are a maintenance client we will have backups per our agreement. Additional charges will be accessed to restore a site from a backup per our terms of service agreement.
